By downloading or using the Unfollowr application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unfollowr, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this App.

2. App Usage & Restrictions

Unfollowr is designed to help you analyze and manage your Instagram followers. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Instagram's Terms of Use.

You are solely responsible for your use of the batch unfollow feature. While Unfollowr implements automatic pacing to reduce the risk of account restrictions, we do not guarantee that Instagram will not temporarily or permanently restrict your account for excessive automated actions. Use these features responsibly.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Unfollowr offers premium features accessible via a subscription or one-time purchase. By choosing a premium plan, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Intellectual Property

The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Unfollowr. You are not permitted to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unfollowr is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unfollowr or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App, including but not nil limited to any account suspensions, bans, or data loss on the Instagram platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will always post the most current version of these Terms of Service within the App. By continuing to use the App after changes have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
